Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to stick to a morning routine lately, and I heard about this app called Liven. I’ve tried Habitica before, but it feels kind of gamey and sometimes overwhelming. Has anyone used Liven to actually track habits without getting distracted by extra features? I’m curious because I just want something simple to help me wake up, drink water, and do a quick workout every day without feeling like I need to “level up” or earn coins.

I’ve noticed that sometimes just having a visual tracker for small daily goals makes a huge difference, even if it’s not an app. Writing things down on sticky notes or a simple checklist in a notebook has helped me feel like I accomplished more at the end of the day. There’s something satisfying about physically crossing things off that keeps me motivated. It’s kind of funny how just the act of tracking itself, even without bells and whistles, really changes your mindset about routines.
